Seqcomp SAS

Seqcomp SAS is a SAS macro implementing the sequence analysis method presented here. It is in a way the Sas version of the Seqcomp plugin for Stata. Requires IML.

For more details on the method, see here. The complete syntax as well as two examples can be found in the SAS file. Two macros must be compiled. Please ignore the SAS message warning. Weights can be used. The distance list can be either saved as a SAS dataset or exported to an ascii file (which can be imported in other programs such as Clustan Graphics).
